Everett D. Stetson III
Born in Portland, Maine in 1984, Everett D. Stetson III moved to Dwight, Ontario; then to Gray, Maine where he attended preschool through grade four. When he was nine years old he was struck in the head with a nine iron golf club and suffered severe trauma taking multiple years and some physical therapy to heal and also causing lasting effects of diminished short term memory.
He than moved to Manchester, Tenn, where he attended the Coffee COunty School systems until he was home schooled in the tenth grade. Upon finishing high school he moved to Saint Cloud, Fla.
After graduation he went on to work at Wal*Mart and then Home Depot. He also worked two summers for
his grandfather in Dwight, Ontario as a professional hunting guide and has
successfully helped many hunters attain their desired black bears. While guiding black bear hunters, he experienced a once in a lifetime event. Stetson had the misfortune of coming face to face with a female black bear that had its
head stuck in a barrel. Upon realizing this Stetson, his grandfather, and Uncle freed the bear. If this event had been recorded you could be
sure it would have won a prize, or two, on America’s Funniest Home Videos.
Stetson then realized he could make more money
with a college degree so he enrolled in Valencia Community College (now
Valencia College) to pursue his associate’s degree in history. Later Stetson moved back to Manchester, Tenn.
to attend Middle Tennessee State University where he changed his major to
Digital Media Communications. He is currently enrolled there and working to further his education. He also plans on joining the Navy when he completes his education.
Stetson is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys many outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. Stetson has also been hunting in the states of Maine, Florida, New Mexico, Tennessee and also the province of Ontario Canada. Also Stetson is into off roading and other automobile related sports Stetson wishes to get a 2012 Mustang GT and set it up for drag racing competitively.
